Strategic Marketing Optometrist

Desde la división de Pharma & Biotech de Robert Walters estamos buscando a un/a Strategic Marketing Optometrist para un laboratorio oftálmico I+D+I de referencia en Barcelona.
Misión:
Esta posición se centrará en el liderazgo y la ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas de marketing, capaces de impulsar el crecimiento y el desarrollo presente y futuro de la organización en el conjunto de la industria óptica y oftálmica, desempeñando, con ello, un papel esencial en la misión global de la empresa.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar estrategias de marketing innovadoras y adaptadas a las necesidades específicas de nuestros clientes en la industria óptico-optométrica.
- Colaborar estrechamente con nuestros clientes para comprender sus objetivos de negocio y desarrollar planes de marketing adaptados a sus necesidades.
- Crear, desarrollar y ejecutar campañas promocionales innovadoras y efectivas para impulsar la viabilidad y la participación de nuestros principales clientes.
- Brindar asesoramiento especializado en la comunicación de productos y lanzamientos para optimizar su impacto en el mercado.
- Colaborar de manera proactiva con otras unidades y áreas de negocio para garantizar la implementación exitosa de las estrategias propuestas.
- Participar activamente en la identificación y desarrollo de productos ad-hoc según las demandas del mercado, y las necesidades específicas de nuestros clientes.
- Analizar las tendencias del mercado y la industria óptica con la finalidad de ajustar, así como asegurar la competitividad de nuestra organización.
- Desarrollar informes y análisis de rendimiento de marketing para evaluar la efectividad de las estrategias implementadas.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y novedades tecnológicas en el área de marketing con tal de garantizar la innovación constante en las iniciativas organizacionales impulsadas.
- Contribuir activamente al desarrollo de la dinámica cultura organizacional, fomentando la colaboración y la creatividad en el conjunto del equipo de marketing.
- Reporte directo al Head of Global Marketing.
Formación:
- Optometrista (LifeSciences)
- Máster en Marketing Estratégico
- Certificaciones de marketing y análisis de datos
- Se valorará positivamente fromaciones adicionales en comnuicación y publicidad
Requisitos:
- 3 años de experiencia en rol similar en la industria óptico-optométrica
- Español e Inglés nivel Nativo o Proficient
- Se valorará conocimientos de Italiano o Portugués
- Disponibilidad para viajar (2 veces al año aproximadamente)
- Persona colaborativa, adaptable y creativa con iniciativa.
