Favorite Child Collective is an up and coming brand that caters to the young gen-z female market. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Fashion Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and create a long term strategy plan.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Strategist to join our team at Favorite Child Collective. As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing campaigns targeted towards the Gen Z crowd. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity, engaging with our target audience, and driving growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the brand's objectives, target audience, and market trends.
  2. Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, influencer partnerships, and events.
  3. Brand Positioning: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning that resonates with our niche audience.
  4. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  5. Audience Engagement: Cultivate a strong connection with our target audience by understanding their preferences, values, and aspirations, and tailoring marketing initiatives accordingly.
  6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

    Qualifications:

  8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  9. Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution, preferably within the fashion industry.
  10. Deep understanding of the Gen Z consumer behavior and trends, with a track record of effectively reaching and engaging this demographic.
  11. Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  12. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for storytelling and building authentic connections with audiences.
  13. Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
