Up to 25% travel may be required.Expectations and Tasks:
- Help with Integration workshops to gather/clarify requirements
- Perform functional analysis and product configurations based on the customer needs and product capabilities
- Configure pre-packaged integrations based on the implementation needs
- Assist Project Managers in project timeline discussions related to integrations
- Participate in requirements, analysis and testing efforts.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment and be a team player. May require leading small team (technically) time to time and enabling effective communication between the team and the stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting complex integration issues
- Keep the Customer Satisfaction levels high by providing timely services to customers with proper communication mechanisms
- Handle multiple projects/technical tasks at any point of time
- Ability to grasp application and integration concepts of new products quickly and efficiently.
- Have a good technical understanding of the products and integrations and help the stakeholders in corresponding activities.
Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7-12 years of professional experience in Integrations of SaaS applications and/or SAP.
- Working experience related to SAP HCM and/or HR ABAP and/or SAP PI.
- Good understanding/experience of Integration architecture and security.
- Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills
- Experience in working efficiently with remote teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, while effectively managing priorities and communicating progress
