Essential Qualifications - Senior Functional Consultant:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management software and consulting, particularly on medium to large enterprise HRIS projects, or relevant hands-on deployment experience
- 5+ years of expertise in one or more of the following domains: Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence, or Time Tracking
Additional Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and one of the following languages preferred: German, French, Italian, or Spanish. Proficiency in other European languages will also be considered
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of HR systems and processes. Capable of grasping Workday concepts and staying informed about new feature releases within Core HCM, specialized areas, and cross-application features
- Certified or able to obtain certification in Workday HCM Products and proficient in deploying solutions effectively
- Experience in engaging, interacting, and collaborating with senior leaders both internally and externally
- Skilled in leading and influencing design meetings to achieve productive and collaborative outcomes
- Able to deliver results while adhering to project timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably experienced in global implementations
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
