Tareas principales:

  • Contestar, registrar y tramitar todas las llamadas, peticiones, preguntas o dudas de los clientes.
  • Operar la centralita telefónica.
  • Procesar las solicitudes de los huéspedes.
  • Hacer un seguimiento de los huéspedes para asegurarse de que sus peticiones o problemas se han resuelto de forma satisfactoria.

  • Experiencia previa.
  • Actitud positiva y personalidad extrovertida.
