An Overview Of The Role

Due to continued growth, were expanding our Data Science capability and are keen to hear from strong candidates at both Consultant and Senior Consultant level.

Were looking for individuals with handson experience in data science who are curious about the fastevolving AI landscape. Youll bring demonstrable, handson experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), including deliveryfocused development or evaluation work

You may bring experience from one or more areas such as customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics, and have spent time working within marketing, customer, digital, or commercial domains. What matters most is your ability to apply datadriven insight to real business challenges.

For candidates joining at Senior Consultant level, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility for project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and supporting the development of others. For those at Consultant level, the role offers strong exposure to client work, learning from experienced practitioners, and a clear pathway for progression.

What We Look For

• Data Science & AI Expert Expert in building and evaluating Generative AI solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs) for various use cases. Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models, including predictive, forecasting, classification, and deep learning models.
• CX Data Experience - Hands-on experience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics with core focus in customer experience. Experience in working with various data sets, including transactional/EPOS, digital, social and loyalty.
