Operating Model Consultant
Location: Portsmouth – Hybrid
Rate: £400 per day – Inside IR35
Clearance: Active SC Clearance
Start: ASAP
We are seeking an Operating Model Consultant to support a major transformation programme within a high-profile public sector environment.
You'll work on operating model design and transformation , helping shape how the organisation operates and supporting strategic change initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Operating Model / Target Operating Model transformation.
- Experience working within complex organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to support operating model design and transformation initiatives.
- SC Clearance , with clearance used within the last 12 months.
- Available to start ASAP .
