Plumber

Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking an experienced Self-Employed Plumber / Heating Engineer to join us on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities You'll be working on a variety of installation, maintenance and refurbishment projects, supporting our delivery teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities include:

• Plumbing and heating installations.
• Planned maintenance and repair work.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Working from drawings, plans and project specifications.
• Ensuring all work meets current regulations and site safety requirements.
• Liaising with site managers, contractors and other trades to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous experience as a Plumber and/or Heating Engineer.
• Own tools and transport.
• Valid CSCS Card (minimum basic card required).
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
• Must be willing to assist with other tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach
