The Role

As a Conveyancer, you will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while working closely with the team and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing transfers of equity
• Handling new build transactions
• Managing shared ownership matters
• Dealing with unregistered properties

Requirements

Essential

• Qualified Solicitor
• Experience in residential conveyancing
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Happy to work as part of a small, close-knit office where teamwork is valued
• Eager to learn and contribute to the continued growth of the firm
• Own transport or reliable access to Salford Quays
• Right to work in the UK
• Full-time office-based position

Desirable

• Around 3 years PQE preferred
• Experience or an interest in Wills and Probate would be advantageous
