PTC Barcelona boasts a diverse environment with professionals representing more than 15 nationalities.

You will join a dynamic, international Inside Sales team that engages directly with existing and prospective PTC clients. Throughout the internship, you will receive guidance and support from supervisors and mentors, engaging in seminars, workshops, personalized coaching sessions, team challenges, and other self-improvement initiatives.

Day-To-Day:

  • Engage in lead generation tactics like cold calling to pinpoint potential business prospects within the Software install base
  • Initiate proactive follow-ups with customers to gather feedback on prior services, ensure their satisfaction, and refine pitches for enhanced service promotion
  • Collaborate with professionals from diverse departments to identify enhancements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies, and other business-related areas
  • Act as a mediator in conflict scenarios with disgruntled customers, offering solutions to restore credibility and uphold business relations while benefiting the customer effectively

Your Skills and Knowledge:

  • Currently pursuing a degree
  • Mandatory eligibility for an internship agreement through a University
  • Availability for a minimum 6-month internship starting from September 1st, 2024
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective relationship-building abilities
  • High-energy, dedicated individual excelling in fast-paced settings with a keen focus on achieving targets
  • Prior experience in customer phone interactions (customer support, telemarketing/inside sales) is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Preferably residing in Barcelona or willing to relocate soon
