This leadership role offers a fantastic chance to shape and lead the future of EUC Corporate Sales Team within the cutting-edge EMEA Inside Sales Center in Barcelona. You will be responsible for guiding, recruiting, and expanding EUC's Corporate sales team to boost growth and explore new prospects among our Corporate customers. Your role involves directly overseeing and mentoring the Corporate Sales Management Team and Corporate Account Executives aligned with those leaders. Prioritizing employee development, performance, culture, and retention will be key.

As the Corporate Sales Director, you will play a key part in driving growth and success in the EMEA market. Leading the Inside Sales Center, you will empower your team to generate bookings and foster adoption among our customers. This position allows you to act as a trusted advisor to management, Corporate AEs, partners, and customers, influencing EUC's future market share in EMEA.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes you will focus on achieving in the first 6-12 months?

  • Build closely-aligned relationships with first-line Leadership reporting directly to you, ensuring proper coverage and effective GTM strategies.
  • Attain strategic alignment with our Business Unit Partners and EUC Center Of Excellence.
  • Work closely with Operations partners to manage daily and weekly operations effectively, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and top deal reviews.

The Work: What will your typical tasks, requirements, and skills involve?

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Inside Sales Corporate teams, coaching, developing, and driving effective sales lifecycle management.
  • Quickly grasp the End User Computing business, its markets, channels, and resources, and identify areas needing additional support to meet goals.
  • Recruit and nurture a high-performing sales team capable of selling Digital Workspace Solutions across various activities.
  • Coordinate region-specific activities of AE + presales SE, consulting, channel managers, and marketing to support regional sales efforts.
  • Lead a weekly forecasting process to provide visibility into sales pipeline status, target bookings, and potential risks.
  • Ensure efficient implementation and utilization of operational tools like Salesforce by all Corporate Account Executives and Managers to facilitate effective forecasting and communication.

The manager overseeing this position is Ralf Gegg, VP of EMEA End User Computing Sales. Ralf brings extensive sales and management experience in the tech industry, with a deep understanding of Software/SaaS business development and the nuances of the diverse EMEA market.

This role is located in Barcelona at the Inside Sales Center office established in 2019.
