This positions is for a hand-on and driven Sales professional with experience in leadership to take over a team of experienced Corporate Sales Account Executives covering DACH, Italy, Nordics, Benelux & France markets.


Our client is a business intelligence platform for data visualization, that is looking for Sales Manager to hiring, training, development, and motivation of the international team in Barcelona, and contribute individually by leading with example.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing management of a highperformance new business Corporate Sales Team
  • Ensuring that the Account Executives overachieve on their individual quarterly and annual sales targets and enabling our company to meet its overall strategic business objectives
  • Providing effective tactical account planning to manage the overall sales process and drive deals to closure
  • Supporting the Account Executives by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings, effectively presenting the company's value proposition to both Clevel business and IT stakeholders
  • Training, mentoring and developing team members in the company's sales methodologies and processes
  • Building effective working partnerships with other business areas including Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services and Partners
  • Requirement for regular travel where appropriate within EMEA for inperson meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building, training, motivating and managing highperforming sales teams
  • Experience in SaaS, Platform, Business Intelligence, CRM, ERP enterprise sales
  • Knowledge of BI market space, Data Preparation, ETL, Analytics and Enterprise Data Warehouses. Understanding of Big Data and IoT is preferred
  • Extensive experience of senior level stakeholder engagement on Business Valueled opportunities
  • Extensive experience positioning complex IT solutions to prospect organizations through strategic valuebased selling, business case definition, ROI and TCO analysis, Customer references and Analyst data
  • Experience working with Enterprise incentive programs to drive behavior, incremental sales and adoption of company strategies
  • Successful track record closing new clients remotely using technology
  • Strong people management skills; acting as a role model and mentor with strong listening and coaching skills
  • Experience with sales methodologies i.e. MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, team environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with close attention to detail
