The SonoSuite platform is a cloud-based white-label B2B SaaS created for independent music companies, from boutique labels to do-it-yourself companies.

Our software is developed at our main offices in Barcelona, Spain, where a diverse team of over 50 people from various nationalities works continuously to enhance SonoSuite and introduce new features, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in the Digital Music Business.

How will you contribute to Sonosuite? As Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our product vision.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, manage the product life cycle, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring that product development is aligned with Sonosuite's vision.

You will be part of the Product Development team where you will lead a team of four PMs and report to the Head of Development to enhance cross-functional collaboration and ensure optimal alignment, and strategic oversight across two key departments of our organization.


You will be in charge of the following:
Develop and lead the product vision, aligned with company vision, goals and customer needs.

Setting a clear and inspiring vision will guide the entire product & development team, aligning their efforts towards a common goal.

Create a strategic roadmap, aligned with other departments and outlining the product's future development and major milestones.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with Business and Marketing, finding the best strategy to achieve the company's goals. Ensure that both Marketing and Business have the necessary product knowledge and messaging to effectively sell the product.

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market & user research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and define product requirements. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.

Product Marketing & Business:
Collaborate with the Marketing and Business teams to create go-to-market strategies. Ensure successful product launches by developing marketing collateral, conducting product training, and supporting sales efforts.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Establish key metrics and analytics to track product performance. Continuously evaluate product success, gather feedback, and iterate to optimize product features and user experience.

Product innovation:
Encourage creativity within the team and explore new opportunities around market trends. Identify new opportunities for product innovation, promoting continuous improvement to stay ahead of market demands and drive business growth.
Mentor and guide other members of the product team. Provide leadership, direction, and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the product team.
Lead a cross-functional team through the product development cycle – UI, UX, engineering and data analysis.

What will make you successful? Proven track record (5+ years) in product management roles, with demonstrated experience in leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of product development lifecycle, agile work methodologies, and project management principles.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering impactful products.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members, contribute to a positive team culture, and build strong working relationships.

Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire teams, along with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
