About you

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in constructing analytic solutions to business problems.
  • Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Enthusiasm for using data to solve business problems, and understanding of algorithms, data processing methods, and visualization techniques.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, storytelling based on data.
  • Proactive and constructive attitude and team player.
  • Create an excellent working environment.
  • Medium/high level in English.
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of AWS Data & Analytics services.
  • Nice to Have: CIB product & services knowledge.

Overview

As a member of CIB Banking CoE, you will work with different product and business units within CIB helping them develop and extend data-based products and make data-driven decisions.

About the job

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand needs and requirements.
  • Identify necessary data and be responsible for data exploration, including data harmonization and preparation.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines transforming data into business insights.
  • Design and implement analytic solutions based on statistical analysis and machine learning.
  • Create reports with findings, formulate recommendations, and present conclusions effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to convert analytical proof of concepts into productive modules.
  • Maintain, monitor, and evolve analytical solutions.
  • Use communication skills to share analysis results.
