Responsible to manage fully the initiatives related to Business transformation, leveraging on the E2E capabilities of Global Corporate Banking practice within NTT Data
Active participation in the development of our Global Corporate Banking offering.
Coordination and taking the lead within specific areas to further develop the Global Corporate Banking practice, such as develop analyses on market trends, research global solutions, benchmark global banks, etc.
End-to-end project management, in terms of managing plans, deadlines, resources, tasks and high-quality deliverables. Coordination and driving meetings with our clients, including communication across different project areas (business, technology, etc.). Conflict resolution.Team management:
Supervision of senior and junior consultants, organizing their work plan effectively, controlling the quality of their deliverables and guiding them towards the adoption of the Company's quality standards.
Incorporate and train junior consultants (follow-up and continuous guidance, training on new trends and knowledge sharing)They support their clients in the definition and execution of their strategic business transformation plans of GTB areas (Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Working Capital) and Global Lending areas (Project Finance and Syndication) covering the following products:
Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables-Factoring, Structured Trade, LCs
Payments, Instant Payments, Virtual Accounts, Cash Pooling
Project Finance and Bilateral & Syndicated Loans
The successful applicant
University degree (Business Management, Engineering, Economics or similar). MBA, Master or Postgraduate in Financial Markets.
- 6 years of experience, including working in the Consulting industry with Corporate Banking Business experience dealing with the described activities and leading teams
Good knowledge on Corporate Banking spectrum (Global Transactional Banking & Lending)
Commercial skills, strong communication skills and networking skills
Result oriented, quality assurance and high performance delivery
Fluent in English - written, spoken and negotiation level. Experience abroad desirable.
Availability to travel
Knowledge of agile methodology (SCRUM, etc.) desirable
