To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- 3+ years experience in constructing analytic solutions to business problems.
- Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Enthusiasm for using data to solve business problems, with an understanding of algorithms, data processing methods, and visualization techniques.
- Proven experience working with major Data Science frameworks and libraries, including Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, etc.
- Proficiency with Python, Pyspark, Git, and SQL.
- Practitioner with proven knowledge and strong interest in Generative AI.
- Good communication and presentation skills, storytelling based on data.
- Proactive and constructive attitude and team player.
- Create a good working environment.
- High level in English.
As a member of CIB Banking CoE (Center of Expertise), you will work with different product and business units within CIB (Corporate and Investment Banking) helping them develop data-based products and generating data-driven decisions.
About the job- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand needs and requirements.
- Identify necessary data and be responsible for data exploration, including harmonization and preparation.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize robust data pipelines that transform data into business insights using Python and PySpark in the Cloud Data Platform (AWS).
- Design and implement analytic solutions based on statistical analysis and machine learning.
- Create reports with findings, formulate recommendations, and present conclusions effectively to various audiences.
- Collaborate with IT teams to convert analytical proof of concepts into productive modules.
- Maintain, monitor, and evolve analytical solutions.
- Use communication skills to share analysis results.
