Key Responsibilities:
Design, create and analyse financial models to evaluate potential corporate development initiativesIn addition, employ "Project Finance" grade cash flow modelling techniquesFurthermore, assist/lead in the process of evaluation of new investment opportunities from origination to full executionDevelop and update PowerPoint presentations supporting the project development process, investment decision-making process and/or our communications with external stakeholdersMoreover, be involved in the due diligence processesAdditionally, build and maintain a network of contacts in the offshore wind energy spaceExperience: 3-6 years experience working in renewable energy corporate finance and/or business development roles as part of an investment fund, advisory firm or renewable energy IPP or UtilityExcellent financial modelling skills within offshore wind (other renewable technologies would be considered)Experience in the negotiation of project financing, M&A transactions, power purchase agreements and/or EPC contractsIn conclusion, Don't miss this exciting opportunity to be part of the renewable energy revolution.
