About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst / Associate Investments, Spain to join our Real Estate team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to the investments team for asset management of the portfolio and acquisition of new assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Asset Management team in preparing annual business plans and executing them.
  • Maintain close relationships with appointed PM/local operators, meeting frequently to discuss key activities, understand quantitative and qualitative data, and support the AM in routine management and supervision.
  • Manage the provision of necessary data for management purposes, including ESG & CREEM.
  • Assist in managing liquidity for development and CAPEX projects, including monthly drawdowns of equity/external debt and reconciliation of budget vs actual spent.
  • Support the transaction team in analyzing potential investment opportunities across the entire process chain.
  • Prepare investment memoranda for presentation to the Investment Committee members.
  • Assist local team members during due diligence processes and coordinate third-party consultants, reviewing due diligence reports and analyzing the impact of findings.
Requirements
  • First experience in real estate business, ideally in consultancy or investment & asset management.
  • Understanding of the investment management industry.
  • Good knowledge and use of financial models.
  • Degree or equivalent experience related to business administration or real estate.
  • High level of English.
  • Positive relationships and interpersonal skills.
