**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our Real Estate team in Madrid. As an Investment Analyst, you will provide support to the investments team for asset management of the portfolio and acquisition of new assets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Asset Management team in the preparation of annual business plans and execution.
- Accountable for maintaining close relationships with appointed PM/local operators, meeting frequently to discuss key activities, understanding both quantitative and qualitative data, and supporting the AM in routine management and supervising and reporting on agreed important metrics.
- Manage the provision of all necessary data for management purposes, including ESG & CREEM.
- Assist in the management of liquidity for development and CAPEX projects, including monthly drawdowns of equity/external debt/reconciliation of budget vs actual spent.
- Support the transaction team with the analysis of potential investment opportunities across the whole process chain.
- Help prepare the investment memorandum to be presented to the Investment Committee members.
- Assist members of the local team during due diligence processes and coordinate third-party consultants; review due diligence reports and analyze the impact of findings.
**Requirements**
- First experience in real estate business, ideally in consultancy or investment & asset management.
- Understanding of the investment management industry.
- Good knowledge and use of financial models.
- Degree or equivalent experience related to business administration or real estate.
- High level of English.
- Positive relationships and interpersonal skills.
