Incident Manager, para incorporarse a un importante cliente final perteneciente al sector financiero para la gestión de incidencias ecommerce.


Como Incident Manager te integrarás dentro del equipo de dirección comercial y actuarás como referente del partner, con el objetivo de coordinar la resolución de aquellas incidencias que tengan un componente técnico trabajando transversalmente con equipos nacionales e internacionales.

Funciones Principales:

  • Realizar el seguimiento periódico de incidencias con partners que operan a nível nacional e internacional.
  • Establecer y garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
  • Coordinar los dispositivos técnicos necesarios para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema en los periodos en los que existan promociones o un mayor volumen de ventas.
  • Coordinar el equipo de soporte técnico.
  • Mantener la interlocución directa con el partner y realizar el seguimiento de las incidencias trabajando transversalmente con todos los agentes implicados.
  • Detectar nuevas necesidades en función del incidental que está ocurriendo.
  • Interactuar con homólogos de otros países para la gestión de incidencias comunitarias.

Experiência y conocimientos:

  • Formación requerida: estudios de Grado Superior, Licenciatura o Grado en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similares.
  • Otros conocimientos: conocimientos ecommerce a nível técnico.
  • Experiência mínima de 3 años en puestos similares en entornos ecommerce.
  • Idiomas: inglés y francés muy avanzado. Español muy valorable.
