Job Purpose
The goal of this position is to sell commercial products at the request of our customers at the airport, respond to inquiries, handle customer claims, resolve major customer service issues, and provide general information on commercial products and transactions, as well as operational policies and procedures.
Main Accountabilities
- Assist customers at the airports.
- Accountable for assists and manage commercial requirements such as adding products on demand by our customers at the airport.
- Resolving doubts related to specific bookings, for example; residents or fraud, etc.
- Responding inquiries, claims, or troubleshoot that may affect our customers at the airport.
Main Responsibilities - Tasks
- Provide information regarding commercial products and systems transactions, or Ground Operations policies and procedures.
- Controll that all the procedures are implemented according to Vueling standards.
- Coperate with VAS Team and Ground Operations Team.
- Give support to any internal department that requires their support.
- Accountable for completing call notes, reports and updating them in the system.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
At least 1 years experience in airports and/or customer service working environments
