Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos una persona para incorporarse al equipo de Finanzas.

La misión del puesto es integrarse en el equipo de Business Transactions en tareas administrativas, contabilizando facturas, contactando con proveedores y aprendiendo a usar nuevas herramientas que se implementan para mejorar los procesos.


Responsabilidades:

La principal tarea del Payables Accountant es realizar tareas contables relacionadas con facturas, pagos, incluyendo tareas administrativas relacionadas con la eficiencia, mantenimiento, procesamiento de transacciones de cuentas por pagar y contacto con proveedores y otros departamentos de modo a dar respuesta a las peticiones recibidas:

  • Realizar tareas de tipo administrativo propias de un departamento de contabilidad
  • Colaborar con su superior jerárquico para la preparación de cierres contables mensuales y presentación de impuestos
  • Utilización de hojas de cálculo y procesadores de textos
  • Gestiones telefónicas con clientes y proveedores

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en ADE, Contabilidad o similar
  • Experiência y/o pasión por nuestro negocio. CINE
  • Idiomas: Excelente nível de español tanto oral como escrito. Buen nível de inglés oral y escrito.
  • Dominio de Office y M365 (Excel, Power Point)
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Persona organizada, precisa y proactiva, abierta a aprender y contribuir con sus ideas dentro del departamento.
  • Orientación a la acción.
  • Creatividad e innovación y adaptabilidad, buenas habilidades comunicativas
