This could be your opportunityIn order to be able to count on you, we need you to have:
- Previous experience of four years performing the functions in corporate or legal firm.
- Negotiation
- Desired requirements; Compliance and Data protection experience
- English (C1/Bilingual) Spanish (Native/Bilingual)
What will you do on a day-to-day basis at Bipi?
As part of the Legal & Compliance team, you will be in charge of:
- Lead the Legal Department
- Implement processes for the control and management of the Department, in order to provide solutions to the need's of the company's departments and operations
- Control, supervise and manage the external law firms that provide support in each of the countries such as the development of new openings
- Review, drafting and, in some cases, negotiation of all company contracts and legal documents
- Advise on the constitution, management, modification or dissolution of new companies
- Issuance of legal reports of the different areas of the company
- Data protection supervision
- Compliance supervision
- Investigate, anticipate and protect the company from legal risks
