We are looking for a passionate and data-driven self-starter for a 12 month global Customer Success program-oriented internship.

As an intern in our Customers Success Excellence / Go-to-Market Organisation, you will support the implementation of our global Customer Success Strategy with a set of tasks and projects to help measure and drive the role out of our globally unified strategy.

So, this is a great opportunity to be part of a highly dynamic, international playing field.

Essential Functions
Working with reporting and data to create and monitor meaningful metrics for the entire global Customer Success organization
Further enhance current use of analytics and data for the CSMs to drive actions where they matter most
Contribute to process support materials which will enable CSMs in their day-to-day activities
Assisting the CSM Strategic Program Managers in daily business
Cooperation with different departments and international teams
Job Requirements

Comfortable with high quantities of data and tools such as Power BI and Excel

Analytical thinker, naturally curious

Project/time management, able to solve problems/meet goals.

Interest in the IT market and agile enough to adapt quickly

Strong communication skills:
ability to work in virtual teams, ability to adapt to audience needs.

Team spirit and collaborative

Your Profile

Must be a recent graduate with a relevant qualification

We will also consider students from any relevant degree discipline if they have relevant experience or evidence that they meet the required competences

You must have the unrestricted right to work in Spain for the entire duration of the internship.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional fluency in other languages is a bonus and sougft after
