MISIÓN


Buscamos un/a CRO Consultant Sr que participará en proyectos a nível transversal centrados en el mundo del dato y la tecnología.


FUNCIONES

  • En conjunto con el equipo de CRO apoyaras la parte funcional de proyectos tanto en metodología como en capa operativa dentro de varios clientes clave para JAKALA.
  • Análisis de datos web y app
  • Generación de insights en base a análisis de datos cuantitativos (suite Google Analytics) y cualitativos (tipo Hotjar, Clarity, CrazyEgg, ContentSquare...)
  • Generación de hipótesis e ideas para experimentar en base a researchs previos y aplicacion de user behaviorals.
  • Generación de test plan y preanálisis.
  • Propuestas de mejora de CRO (test A/B, personalización)
  • Conceptualización, seguimiento y presentación de resultados de Test A/B
  • Presentación de resultados en distintos foros (equipos internos, equipos de proyecto y equipos de negocio)
  • Medición de impacto monetario basados en insights implementados

Requisitos:

  • Conocimiento analítico: Conocimiento en profundidad de suites de Analítica digital así como capacidad para realizar informes y análisis para detectar aspectos y pain points a mejorar.
  • Capacidad para hacer presentaciones y dashboards en profundidad de medición y resultados.
  • Necesitamos que tengas conocimiento de Contentsquare.
  • Debes tener experiência realizando diferentes tipos de análisis cualitativo. A nível onsite, experiência con herramientas tipo Hotjar ó Clarity.
  • Debes conocer en detalle la metodología CRO y entender la importancia del preanálisis y análisis estadístico para la planificación y resultados.
  • Debes tener buen conocimientos de user behaviorals y psicología del usuario
  • Debe conocer el ecosistema de marketing digital y tener interiorizados KPIs de rendimiento y negocio.

  • Experiência con personalizaciones y recomendaciones en tiempo real.
  • Análisis y experiência en entornos App.
  • Capacidades técnicas básicas de maquetación y desarrollo de experimentos en herramientas de testing (Adobe Target, VWO, ABTasty, Dynamic Yield...)
  • Experiência en proyectos de implementación analítica, definición de datalayer y herramientas de etiquetado (GTM)
