**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled D2C Conversion Manager to join our central D2C team in Europe APAC MEA. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth through conversion optimization and personalization across our D2C channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement industry-leading best practices for conversion rate optimization and personalization across key touchpoints in the D2C shopping funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Experience Organization (XO), E-com Sales Execution, Marketing, and D2C Activations, to identify conversion blockers and improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with the CRO Manager and Product Managers to prioritize the CRO Roadmap and ensure clear and measurable impact on D2C business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth through conversion optimization and personalization.

**Requirements**

  • Strong technical understanding of ecommerce and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to leverage data sources, technology, UX, and analytics to set up hypotheses and support technical implementation of new personalization and UX use cases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong program management and scaling skills, with the ability to deliver sales growth through conversion optimization and personalization.
