Ahora estamos buscando a a un
Trade Execution Planner para el departamento de
Trade Marketing en
GBfoods España, desde donde trabajamos con las marcas Gallina Blanca, Yatekomo y El Pavo.

Reportando al Customer Trade Manager, el nuevo miembro del equipo será responsable de las siguientes funciones:

DESARROLLO PROYECTOS PROMOCIONALES

  • Análisis de propuestas promocionales, solicitadas por Category/o Customer Trade, para recomendar la elaboración de las mismas en función de criterios estratégicos y financieros.
  • Asegurar la ejecución del plan promocional, garantizando los timing establecidos con los diferentes actores que participan en el proyecto y en todas las fases que conlleve el mismo: Definición, Desarrollo Packaging, Producción, Proceso Logístico y Disponibilidad.
  • Coordinar y dar visibilidad con resto de stakholders del seguimiento del plan, y de los distintos hitos para su correcta implementación y ejecución, así como la información comercial requerida al equipo comercial y PdV.

SEGUIMIENTO ACTIVACIÓN PROYECTOS PROMOCIONALES

  • Realizar un control diario de las palancas promocionales activas para su correcta ejecución en los timings establecidos en el PdV.
  • Anticiparse a cualquier posible contratiempo de ejecución(variación ventas vs previsión, riesgos de activación, oportunidades de activación) para minimizar el impacto en obsoletos o en roturas de stock.
  • Control de stocks de materiales y palancas promocionales.

PLANIFICACIÓN DE LA DEMANDA PROMOCIONAL

  • Control de las ventas promocionales a nível cliente y con reporte mensual al Director del departamento.
  • Coordinación con el equipo de Category para proponer de manera mensual los objetivos de venta por cada familia en las reuniones de Previsiones.
