You're analytical, using data to make smart decisions. You're not just thinking about tomorrow; you're shaping the future of Factorial's brand and communication strategy.
We know it's not a walk in the park. But what we're building is huge, and we need someone like you to lead the charge.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept ? Lead large-scale brand activations that resonate with broad audiences and tie back to revenue.

Develop out-of-the-box campaigns for organic channels that generate buzz.
Oversee the creative development process from concept to execution, ensuring everything aligns with our brand objectives and messaging.
Provide strategic guidance on visual identity, brand positioning, and messaging to keep us consistent and relevant.
Keep an eye on industry trends and the competitive landscape to spot opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
Lead and mentor the Brand Studio team (around 13 members across social media, video, creative direction, copywriting, and design). Foster a culture of creativity, communication, and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, Product, and Sales to align brand marketing efforts with business goals and revenue targets.

Manage the brand campaigns budget, and regularly update the finance team and stakeholders on spend and outcomes. Qualifications ?? Stellar storytelling skills.
Deep understanding of social media and how to get people talking about your brand.
A brand mindset that drives real business impact, with an ability to refer to success metrics.
Skilled in prioritizing projects and tasks based on impact.
Experience growing a brand, especially in multiple markets.
Proven experience managing diverse creative teams.
Preferably, experience in B2B and fast-growth environments.

Knowledge of Figma, Adobe, and other design software is a plusExcellent written, verbal, and communication skills in English (Spanish is a bonus).
