Head of Brand Campaigns

Hey there We are Semrush, a global IT company known for our awesome digital marketing platform. If you're into playing with fonts, embracing style guides, and are all about continuous improvement, then this role could be perfect for you.


Tasks:
  • We're after a brand leader who can take our presence to new heights, reaching fresh audiences and creating unique brand experiences through various activations.

Who we're looking for:

  • You've spearheaded major brand activations that have engaged millions and led to revenue growth. Your expertise spans organic channels, creative campaigns, and unconventional strategies that drive word-of-mouth. You're a pro at social media and know how to get people talking about your brand.
  • Serve as the Brand Champion, defining and owning the messaging, strategy, and overall brand experience.
  • Oversee several large brand activations annually, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams on smaller campaigns and organic audience engagement initiatives.
  • Work closely with global marketing leaders to plan and execute campaigns regularly.
  • Evaluate campaign success and impact on the business, providing insightful analysis and reports.
  • Develop and implement partner marketing strategies and support ad campaign launches effectively.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors to execute strategies effectively.
  • Handle the brand campaigns budget, liaising with finance and stakeholders on spend and outcomes.
  • Lead a team of project managers, program managers, and campaign managers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand campaign strategy and execution.
  • Track record of managing brand campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Demonstrated success in creating engaging brand experiences.
  • Strong creative leader with a results-driven approach and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
