Meet the team Our dynamic brand team spearheaded our rebrand, fuelling Preply's evolution into a top design-centric product company. Now with robust financial backing,
we're set to elevate Preply's brand to become a market leader within EdTech.
As the Head of Brand, you will:
Deliver both strategic direction and executional excellence in defining and executing Preply's tone of voice and consistency across B2C touch pointsExplore, plan and execute different story telling ideas and formats - from CTAs, homepage headers to how a bot can sound like PreplyBecome the brand ambassador in the company of our guidelines and what the brand stands for from slack channels, engaging ways to live the brand's tone of voice in the companyRaise the bar in terms of how we sound and adjust to channels, product and personas through our messagingThink global and take a localized approach to storytelling inspiring the teams to think of the customer and tone of voice when creating contentWork with all teams to build, plan and execute a unified messaging strategyDrive creative sessions with teams to deepen understanding of personas and constantly advocate for our usersWork closely with brand designers, content team and marketing teams to create new ideas and campaignsWhat we're looking for:
Strong experience driving messaging and consistency across the organization while adjusting to the different tone across channels (marketing ) and teams (customer service to product)
Digital / Tech company experienceHave a brand mindset that drives real business impact - able to refer to metrics for successEmpathy towards our language learner and ability to connect them our productWilling to tackle any problem that is thrown at you with an open mindUnderstanding of customer and a strategic bent of mind transferable in fast execution with KPIs and iterations where neededAlways thinking proactively about how to improve status-quoAbility to decide and prioritise projects and tasks based on impactExcellent written, verbal and communication skills and proficiency in EnglishWhy you'll love it at Preply:
