Tu misión será
impulsar la satisfacción del cliente, a través de estrategias de marketing digital y con la gestión efectiva de la conversión, para maximizar resultados y obtener retención a largo plazo.

En tu día a día tendrás las siguientes
responsabilidades:

Diseño, análisis, desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de marketing digital y ventas, incluyendo SEO, SEM y marketing por correo electrónico y redes sociales para generar leads y aumentar las conversiones.

Definición e implantación de las acciones de incorporación de clientes (onboarding).


Gestión y mantenimiento de relaciones sólidas con los clientes existentes, asegurando su retención a largo plazo, mediante el diseño e implantación de planes formación, incrementando el uso de nuestras soluciones y maximizando el valor de sus cuentas.


Identificación y comprensión de las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes para ofrecer soluciones personalizadas y garantizar su satisfacción a lo largo de su ciclo de vida.


Análisis de datos y utilización de herramientas de customer success para medir el rendimiento, identificación de oportunidades de mejora y optimización de la experiência del cliente.


Colaboración con los equipos de ventas, marketing y desarrollo de productos para alinear las estrategias y garantizar una experiência de cliente coherente.

Proporción de soporte y asesoramiento experto a los clientes, resolviendo sus inquietudes y brindando soluciones efectivas a sus necesidades.


Establecimiento y monitorización de indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para evaluar el éxito de las estrategias y realización de ajustes según sea necesario.


El
perfil que nos gustaría que tuvieras:

Estudios superiores o grado en Marketing, ADE, Comunicación, o un campo relacionado, valoraremos formación de máster o estudios específicos.


Al menos 5 años de experiência en marketing digital, ventas o customer success, preferiblemente en el área de tecnología o software dentro del sector de automoción.


Experiência específica y comprobada en la gestión exitosa de relaciones con clientes, asegurando su satisfacción y retención a largo plazo.

Dominio de herramientas de seguimiento y análisis de datos: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude.

Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización de marketing como HubSpot, Marketo o Pardot.

Experiência utilizando Salesforce u otro CRM.

Dominio de técnicas y estrategias de retención y fidelización de clientes: NPS

Inglés Nível C1 (Imprescindible).
