  • Control de las habitaciones y gestión de la casa.
  • Garantizar las distintas peticiones de los clientes (costura, planchado, etc.) y hacer un seguimiento de estas.
  • Apertura y cierre de los turnos.
  • Gestión de pedidos de lencería / amenities / flores / Otros.
  • Gestión de compras/stocks/inventario mensual.
  • Gestión de la ropa y uniformes de los empleados.
  • Supervisión del mantenimiento de mobiliario / alfombras / por proveedor de servicios externo.
  • Gestión de contratos externos/licitaciones.
  • Implementación y cumplimiento de los procesos internos del Grupo EVOK.
  • Participación en el programa de RSC y ahorro energético.
