We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Scheduling Success Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients and engineers receive exceptional support.

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the initial point of contact, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include managing a high volume of phone calls and emails, meeting service level agreements, analyzing and resolving issues efficiently, and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, address customer needs promptly, adhere to contract timelines, and tackle any challenges that arise.

Your objectives will be:

  • Efficiently schedule Agilent Field System Engineers and Alternate Service Partners for installation, repair, and maintenance services at customer sites
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and internal team members
  • Prioritize on-site response times based on customer expectations and Agilent standards
  • Develop strong relationships with internal business partners to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Proactively manage resource constraints in partnership with the Service Business Manager

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of Danish is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, administration, or project management
  • Demonstrated strong planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a talent for generating innovative ideas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on timely and effective interactions
