- For our Engagement Center in Barcelona we are looking for an Office Coordinator to create a welcoming and organized work environment for our team and visitors.
- You'll be responsible for creating a pleasant and safe work environment for visitors and employees. You'll manage office space and equipment, making sure that everything runs smoothly and meets the company's high standards. Creativity, innovation, and exceptional service are key to success in this role.
What you'll do
- Support the Facility Manager and handle adhoc tasks
- Manage reception, postal services, and supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Establish a partnership with Lynk & Co team members
- Office management and facility services
- Ensure a topquality working environment for employees
What you should have - Experience in Hospitality or Facility or a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized, selfdriven, and able to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good computer skills
- Live in/around Barcelona or willing to move to the area
