Estamos buscando un Construction Project Coordinator para la Dirección de Construcción, liderará y coordinará un equipo multidisciplinario que desarrollará todas las actividades asignadas a la construcción durante el proyecto en la Fase de Home Office, y coordinará con el equipo de Site.
Funciones:
Participar en la preparación del cronograma de construcción y la interdependencia con otros departamentos (como ingeniería y adquisiciones).
Participar en la elaboración del plan de dotación de personal para la realización de las actividades de Matriz, en primer lugar, y las Obras, cuando corresponda, según el cronograma de construcción.
Coordinar con otros departamentos para la consecución de los objetivos globales. Participar en reuniones de revisión de progreso con la gerencia y el cliente para acordar la estrategia. Impulsar la implementación metodológica de los procedimientos corporativos a través de las secciones involucradas. Evaluar y coordinar los procedimientos y documentos. Elaborar el Plan de Ejecución de Construcción para promover de forma óptima en tiempo, costo y calidad.Colaborar en la preparación de documentos técnicos, entregables y estrategias durante la Fase de Home Office (y cuando se requiere apoyo del Sitio), tales como Oferta Técnica en Propuestas/OBE/Feeds, Planos TCF, Plan y Revisión de Constructibilidad, Estrategias de Levantamiento Pesado, Material Planes de Almacenamiento y Control, Puesta en Marcha y Puesta en Marcha, etc.
Implementar la lección aprendida de otros proyectos.Consolidar el know-how de la División para un proceso eficiente de construcción de plantas y manejo de materiales en proyectos.
Cumplir con la hoja de ruta de los objetivos estratégicos y promover alternativas. Revisar la estrategia de subcontratación del proyecto y participar en el comité de decisión de adjudicación. Revisar los planos de parcela, las cantidades y el diseño de otros departamentos para garantizar una construcción viable. Realizar las Visitas al Site, cuando corresponda.Requisitos:
Ingeniero/a en Química o Industrial. Nivel alto de inglés. Mínimo B2. Experiencia de al menos 3 años en empresas de Ingeniería.
