To deliver this vision, the B2C Ecommerce Technology Solutions Organization is hiring for a key role that will be pivotal in spearheading the vision, working with key stakeholders across the digital value chain and drive these outcomes for our customers and our business.
Job Summary/ Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong understanding of consumer digital channels to drive customer solutions at scale.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders HP business teams, product management teams, architecture, and software engineering to help deliver consumer digital platforms.
You will be instrumental in driving the outcomes and KPIs in collaboration with these key stakeholders.You will have the ability to work in global, matrixed organizations with teams in multiple time zones. You will be a big-picture thinker with an eye for detail.
A servant leader with a result and solutions-oriented mindset, you will help the teams move forward to meet their goals.
The person in this role will need to understand the business outcomes that need to be delivered and work back to get to the results.
In this role, you will be leading the transformation initiative for our Europe business. This will require you to manage the program end-to-end across the SDLC from scope management to store launch. You will understand the program priorities and help remove the roadblocks to enable the teams to achieve those goals.
You will orchestrate across teams, develop program delivery dashboards, review financials, facilitate governance meetings and will be the face of the program for the rest of the organization.
This is a strategic role that requires the person to be the "quarterback" in working with multiple stakeholders to drive to the end-zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive endtoend program execution.
- Seek inputs, develop plans, drive alignment, and develop plans.
- Manage and implement programs from start to finish, including planning, scheduling monitoring progress and ensuring that deliverables are met.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, and vendor teams to ensure outcomes are met.
- Communicate progress on projects to teams, stakeholders, and executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2C ecommerce program management.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), digital tech and industry trends.
- Proven track record of successfully driving large and complex programs.
- Agile thinking and mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
