Join the Azure Data engineering team at Microsoft, spearheading the evolution of analytics with cutting-edge products such as databases, data integration, big data analytics, messaging & real-time analytics, and business intelligence. Our portfolio comprises Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL DB, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, and Power BI, all aimed at constructing the data platform for the AI era.

Within Azure Data, the messaging and real-time analytics team delivers comprehensive solutions empowering users to extract valuable insights from high granularity signals and complex data in real-time, granting a competitive edge to end users and modern applications.

Our Graph team is committed to simplifying the process of deriving insights from interconnected business data, enabling users to visualize, analyze, and enhance relationships within their data.

For this purpose, the Fabric Customer Advisory Team (CAT) is on the lookout for a Program Manager with profound technical expertise in Graph technologies for big data analytics. We seek someone well-versed in graph analytics market trends, best practices, and leveraging graph capabilities to solve business problems, fostering collaboration with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive product success.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related fields with a minimum of 6 years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

  • Hands-on, in-depth expertise with Neo4J, AWS Neptune, or TigerGraph
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-grade data analytics architectures focusing on hot/warm path analytics
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset, driving teams to prioritize customer needs
  • Adaptability to evolving scenarios and priorities as the product matures
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
  • Keenness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies
  • Commitment to initiatives that bolster product success

Other Requirements

Fulfilling Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements is critical for this role, including specialized security screenings like the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

This role entails passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and subsequently every two years.
