Estamos buscando a una persona para trabajar a tiempo completo como Technical Account Manager con alta capacidad resolutiva y de gestión de tareas, con experiencia en CRM's y entornos web.

Buscamos una persona con excelentes habilidades de gestión de cuentas, con formación técnica y experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo de software que actuará como nexo entre las incidencias/nuevas necesidades del cliente y el equipo de desarrollo de la agencia.

Principales responsabilidadesRecopilación de nuevos requerimientos evolutivos.
Mantener la buena relación con el cliente y detectar futuras necesidades del mismo.
Gestión de incidencias técnicas y coordinación con el equipo de soporte técnico.
Buscar la excelencia cada día y disfrutar del trabajo.

RequerimientosMás de 3 años de experiencia en agencia de marketing digital o desarrollo de software (o consultoras con un claro enfoque tecnológico).Conocimiento y experiencia demostrable en entornos web y CRM's.

Capacidad de traducir los requerimientos de cliente a nivel técnico.
Liderazgo, habilidades de comunicación, organización y planificación de tareas, gestión de equipos.
Excelente manejo de los programas de gestión de proyectos. Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de tareas y de ticketing.
Apasionado/a del marketing digital y desarrollo tecnológico.
