¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Reportando al Head of Controlling del Corporativo en España y gestionando un equipo de 2 personas, el candidato seleccionado será responsable de las siguientes funciones:
Responsable de desarrollar, producir la información y el análisis financiero relevante para un adecuado control de los gastos de la corporación en España, elaborando los planes de actuación, seguimiento del presupuesto, análisis y cierres mensuales. Actuará de enlace entre la dirección y el departamento correspondiente realizando la presentación de la información de forma esquemática y ejecutiva.Suministrar al equipo directivo, la información necesaria para la toma de decisiones y la correcta gestión empresarial con el objetivo de apoyarlos en el logro de los objetivos operativos y estratégicos. También debe liderar la interlocución con el grupo en su área de responsabilidad.Velar por la calidad de la información participando activamente en la elaboración de reportes e indicadores de gestión, diseñando y participando en la creación de cuadros de mando. Teniendo un papel fundamental en el uso, mantenimiento y evolución de los sistemas y su desarrollo tecnológico.Modelización financiera del presupuesto anual, el plan a medio plazo y el re-forecast mensual.Contabilidad analítica. Diseño, mantenimiento y control de la estructura analítica de la compañía. Centros de costes, beneficio, así como del correcto flujo de los cargos Inter compañía.Coordinación y control de la información con las diferentes áreas de la compañía, distribución y supervisión. Análisis recurrente de los resultados contables, financieros y operativos.Medir, prever y evitar desviaciones o crisis futuras. Es decir, analizar tanto las estrategias y decisiones del pasado, controlar las que se están llevando a cabo y elaborar las futuras. Proposición de planes de acción y medidas correctoras.Realización de informes e indicadores clave convirtiendo los objetivos corporativos en parámetros medibles para saber con exactitud los resultados obtenidos. Análisis de los KPI'S de gestión y KFIs económico-financieros del área.Desarrollo de acciones, medidas que permitan optimizar las tareas del departamento, así como de fomentar el desarrollo de los sistemas en los que participa.Control de gestión contable-financiero de la información.Coordinar una comunicación fluida con la dirección mediante reporting y creación de cuadros de mandos claros.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Formación universitaria en ADE, Económicas, Ingeniería con especialidad organizacional, o similar.Muy valorable estar en posesión de un MBA, formación en Business Intelligence, Data analytics, así como certificaciones reconocidas en materia de control de gestión como el CCA.Candidato con mínimo 7-10 años de experiencia profesional en finanzas. El candidato ideal tendrá un mínimo de 4-5 años como Controller en una empresa multinacional mediana/grande con reporte matricial del sector energía, ingeniería, construcción o similar.Experiencia en controlling de proyectos y en la gestión de países/ business units, será un plus.Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (principalmente Excel). Experiencia en el manejo de SAP es imprescindible.Experiencia trabajando con softwares de business intelligence/data analytics: SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud...Nivel muy alto de inglés es imprescindible.Valorable segundo idioma, preferiblemente francés.Es muy valorable tener disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata/casi inmediata.
