Corporate Communication and Brand PR Assistant


As a
Communications Assistant within the Corporate Affairs function, you will be working on cross-functional projects in close collaboration with all departments as well as with our European teams based in Dublin.

You will contribute to a variety of projects such as
corporate communications and brand public relations campaigns, internal communication and the roll-out of our ESG strategy and programs.



WHAT WE OFFER
Paid internships for students (curricular and extracurricular) with the aim of connecting knowledge and training with the business world.

Part time. Monday to Friday. Flexible hours, preferably with availability between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

1st October th September 2024


The position is based in Madrid, hybrid way of working that empowers office-based employees to, in partnership with their managers, find a balance between working from home and the office.


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Corporate communication and Brand PR

  • Contribute to the execution of campaigns and elaborate messaging for corporate and brand stories.
  • Collaborate with communications agency and contribute to manage brand public relations projects in collaboration with marketing.
  • Collaborate in the creation of clippings and results reports.

Internal communication

  • Collaborate in the organization of internal events (convention, shootings, townhalls).
  • Collaborate in the creation of internal surveys and results reports.

Environmental, social, and governance (ESG)

  • Collaborate to the management and execution of CSR programs such _Todos a Desayunar_, _Kellogg Scholarship_, _Campus Social Basket Kellogg's_, _KelloggFood Bank Awards_, _Origins_, etc.
  • Collaboration in the management of corporate volunteering in social causes.
  • Collaborate in the creation of results reports.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • University student and/or degree in Communication, advertising and public relations, journalism, advertising, and marketing and/or audiovisual communication.
  • English fluent, both written and spoken.
  • Strong writing skills, curiosity, creativity, collaborative, with a high attention to details and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a team, to adapt and accept changes and challenges, and willing to learn. Concern for social and community causes and appetite for social networking and publishing.
