What are we looking for?

Neosmart is on the hunt for a dynamic and creative Multimedia Designer who is passionate about AI and eager to join a pioneering startup at the intersection of technology and education. This ole enthusiast should possess a unique blend of artistic talent and communication savvy, ready to shape and share our vision across various digital landscapes.

We seek an individual with a keen eye for design and the ability to produce compelling visual content. This includes graphics, videos, and interactive media that communicate complex AI concepts in an engaging and understandable way. Proficiency in design software and an understanding of brand consistency are essential. Basic web design knowledge is a really nice to have skill.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing banners and other social media graphics that align with our brand identity.Design online advertising posters and other digital materials to support our online marketing campaigns.Produce high-quality videos for social media, including all phases of production: filming, editing, and post-production.Ensure videos support branding and marketing initiatives effectively.Collaborate in designing and developing landing pages and email campaigns for specific marketing efforts.Ensure landing pages and emails are visually attractive and effective in driving conversions.Utilize basic knowledge of WordPress to update content and design on the website.Work closely with team members and colleagues from other departments to understand project and business requirements.Conceptualize creative ideas and deliver compelling visual and written content.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and tools relevant to your functions to ensure high-quality deliverables.Requirements:Bachelor ́s in Communication, Digital Media, Design, or equivalent.Proven experience in graphic design, video production, and photography. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom), and Figma tool.Nice to have: knowledge and experience working with WordPress.Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal communication).Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and photography skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. Strong project management and organizational skills. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team environment. What we offer:
