Our client is an up-and-coming German start-up specializing in providing a digital audit platform for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors to uphold top-notch quality standards throughout their supply chain. They are on the lookout for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead the full recruitment process, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and contribute to shaping the organization's recruitment strategy.

Tasks
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to evaluating and matching candidates with suitable roles
  • Employ various sourcing techniques to identify top talent, build a talent pipeline for the future, and collaborate with hiring managers to grasp role requirements fully
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment
  • Establish and nurture strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive candidate journey
  • Coordinate with the People and Culture Manager on Onboarding strategies
  • Continuously seek enhancements in processes, workflows, and tool utilization
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and ideally another European language, particularly German
  • A degree in HR or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience across various roles
  • Skilled in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, ensuring smooth recruitment operations and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate patience, resourcefulness, and proactiveness in your work
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Value and prioritize candidate experience
