Our client is a German fast-growing start-up that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain.

They are looking for a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in driving their hiring strategy by enhancing the organization's recruiting and sourcing capabilities to attract top talents to fuel the company's growth and success.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and lead a small team.

Tasks

Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding) for open roles
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop and execute a hiring strategy to deliver a strong talent pipeline, adapted to the market and the company's growth objectives
Support the Head of People with the performance review process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to employees and managers
Assist the Head of People with implementing talent development programs that support the growth and development of employees across all levels of the organization
Establish and monitor KPIs and talent metrics to measure the hiring success and other programs' effectiveness
Actively look for ways to improve the processes, workflows, and the use of tools
Contribute to enhancing the employer brand, making the organization an attractive choice for top talent
Stay informed about market trends, and talent insights to advise our leaders and maintain competitiveness in the hiring performance
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager

Requirements

Full professional level of English
Any other European language (German is a big plus)
A degree in HR or any other field
At least 5 years of full recruitment cycle experience (tech focus is a plus)
Previous experience in managing and leading a recruitment team is valued
Proficient in sourcing tools, and ATS candidate and job management
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and be flexible in adjusting the strategy accordingly to business needs. You are a results-driven person
Resourceful, proactive, and an out-of-the-box thinker to keep optimizing the recruitment processes
A great team player, with stealer communication and interpersonal skills
You place a high value on candidate experience
