They are looking for a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in driving their hiring strategy by enhancing the organization's recruiting and sourcing capabilities to attract top talents to fuel the company's growth and success.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and lead a small team.

BarcelonaCompetitive SalaryTechnologyPermanentMain ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding) for open rolesCollaborate with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and develop and execute a hiring strategy to deliver a strong talent pipeline, adapted to the market and the company's growth objectivesSupport the Head of People with the performance review process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to employees and managersAssist the Head of People with implementing talent development programs that support the growth and development of employees across all levels of the organizationEstablish and monitor KPIs and talent metrics to measure the hiring success and other programs' effectivenessActively look for ways to improve the processes, workflows, and the use of toolsContribute to enhancing the employer brand, making the organization an attractive choice for top talentStay informed about market trends, and talent insights to advise our leaders and maintain competitiveness in the hiring performanceReporting to the People & Culture ManagerCore Skills/experienceA degree in HR or any other fieldAt least 3 years of full recruitment cycle experience (tech and sales focus is a plus)Previous experience in managing and leading a recruitment team is valued Proficient in sourcing tools, and ATS candidate and job managementAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and be flexible in adjusting the strategy accordingly to business needs.
