We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Sales & Onboarding Expert to join our Payments & Daily Banking Tribe


You will be responsible to create, execute and monitor the performance of acquisition campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and oversee client onboarding to constantly improve the conversion rate.

With your team you will be capable of translating business needs into delivery requirements by working in the squads through the whole product lifecycle and acting as a bridge between business & IT

Finally, you'll be part of the business chapter trying to improve the craftmanship of CJE's boosting the big priorities of the organization and, most importantly, having fun

Your key responsibilities:

As Digital Sales & Onboarding Expert you will:
Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of acquisition current account campaign performance and results for all the channels

Create and manage the implementation of campaign on existing customers (BTL) to acquire new current account customers in line with the budget and commercial targets

Collaborate with marketing to create acquisition current account campaigns to gain new current account customers

Improve new acquisition current account campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

Overseeing and managing the current account onboarding process throughout the organization

Overseeing and managing with OPS the budget control with focus on cost related to the current account onboarding

Finding solutions for optimizing the current account onboarding process and collaborating with the team to implement them

Understanding customer context, overseeing goals, and providing product information to best serve those goals

Train talent for the successful implementation of regular reports of acquisition campaign performance and results

Collaborating with the team (squad) and creating a process to identify and eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers' goals

Work together with Digital & Assisted channels, understanding the situation and challenges of each channel/device, helping them on journeys improvement and always pushing the initiatives to maximize sales

Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process in an organized manner, working with Marketing and Digital on a CRO (conversion rate optimization) sprint basis

Manage the IT landscape of a squad with a relevant technology framework, as owners of different IT assets & microservices

Being the "Business Guardian" of your product/service working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies

Responsible for guaranteeing bank revenue and benefit-cost balance, presenting business cases with benefit tracking after the implementation. Commercial acumen to ensure accomplishment of business results.

Enhance the user satisfaction by offering a positive experience analyzing and identifying new paths and capabilities. Improve the engagement by offering solution for every channel and, at the same time, leverage the digital experience

Translate business needs into requirements for the action.

Prioritize initiatives in short cycles, based on value delivery for our customers, defining an initial MVP to be improved with the feedback gathered.

Strive for efficiency, reducing complexity in our definitions and pursuing innovative solutions always following the guidelines from ING Agile Way of Working.

Manage dependencies, non-financial risk issues and impediments.

Slice Epic into Features and Features into user stories that suppose an increase in value for your product and for the customer.

Write User Stories being sure that they follow the INVEST model principles. Ensure the quality in the production uploads
