Indefinido ID: 48828 Head of People Development and Culture EnablementThe role is responsible to set-up and drive a global, integrated and innovative Learning and Development strategy and roadmap that focuses on re-and upskilling of key skills, building a strong Tech Learning Culture and drive Young Talent Development for future Allianz Technology success.

Additionally oversee all talent management related processes and KPIs.

On this way it heavily contributes to the value proposition of Allianz Technology as an employer of choice and is critical to the retention of our talents.

You will

  • Foster an innovative (tech) Learning culture in Allianz Technology through effective Learning strategy and roadmap globally
  • Implement learning platforms, effective re-and upskilling initiatives
  • Grow the global Learning and Development portfolio, culture and focus in close connect with Strategic Workforce Planning and in co-creation and collaboration with functional business colleagues- Responsibility of all TM related processes, assessment centres and Talent KPIs
  • Establish Allianz Technology as employer of choice in the tech industry via effective and fun learning initiatives
  • Enable a data driven Learning & Develop ment
  • Set-up and drive Top Talent Development strategy and build international programs
  • Further develop our T&C organization to become agile
  • Contribute to overarching initiatives and other strategic projects Completed studies or training in the field of HR management, psychology, business administration or a related discipline. Several years of professional experience in HR management with a focus on personnel and organizational development. Experience in shaping and developing a diverse and inclusive corporate culture. Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant labour law regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent people management skills with the experience/ ability to manage virtual teams across different countries and cultures. Strong relationship builder with the ability to successfully work in a matrix and global organization.
