Preply Business is looking for a strategic leader for the Sales Enablement Team to help the Preply Business team achieve its' aggressive goals.

You will do this by driving high impact sales training and onboarding for the entire B2B team.

You will be responsible for the end to end leadership of onboarding new B2B hires, as well as leading ongoing enablement and training for the existing team and deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance.


This role is critical in building internal and cross functional support and momentum for sales initiatives that drive behaviors and results on the frontline and ultimately has significant impact to the bottom line.

This position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

What you'll be doing:

  • Accelerate revenue generation through effective Sales Enablement strategy execution; improve Sales productivity by continuously improving onboarding, training, and coaching programs; drive sales methodology and tool adoption while developing metrics to measure improvements.
  • Enhance the sales team training program, including improving the new hire onboarding process. Own the full process for new sales employees with the goal of reducing rampup time and ensuring a positive new hire experience. Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to create an exceptional buying process by identifying necessary sales resources that will help to provide industry education, share customer stories and to help progress opportunities through the sales process
  • Continuously identify areas of improvement that lead to measurable outcomes by providing ongoing training and coaching to sales representatives, e.

increase conversion rates and decrease sales cycle length.- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure that the Sale team is trained to position and communicate the value of all new features and products as they go to market.

This may include competitive intelligence, new product changes/updates, updated pitch decks and other sales related initiatives.- Thoughtfully plan sales events like sales kickoffs, team all-hands, quarterly business reviews and other training events.- Manage the existing enablement team and identify future hires.

You'll coach and empower your team to grow, learn and succeed.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales environments, with at least 2 years of people management experience. Having managed a Sales Enablement team and developed programs that support the sales methodology and strategic goals of the company. Experience providing training with CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Experience providing training with sales automation platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, etc. Data and metrics driven you understand the complexities of sales, and make data driven decisions to help improve outcomes that focus on revenue growth. You understand the importance that enablement has at improving outcomes for faster growth. Passionate about teaching and providing people with the training, documentation and tools they need to be successful. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language.
