Para el departamento de RRHH de nuestra oficina de Granada, estamos buscando profesionales de Recursos Humanos/Relaciones Laborales que estén dispuestos a formar parte de una empresa líder en su sector y de rápido crecimiento con un entorno de trabajo internacional altamente desafiante.
Principales funciones y responsabilidades:
- Conocimiento de nóminas, SS e IRPF
- Contratos de trabajo: documentación, acuerdos de teletrabajo, subvenciones, bonificaciones, etc.
- Apoyo a los empleados de España y Portugal en materia de relaciones laborales
- Control laboral: horas extras, bonos, variables, incentivos, gratificaciones, etc.
- Bajas laborales temporales y definitivas: excedencias, maternidad/paternidad, no superación periodos de prueba, incapacidad temporal, despidos, etc.
- Seguimiento de la evolución de la plantilla
- Gestión sindical: comité de empresa, secciones sindicales, elecciones, comisiones, etc.
- Gestión arbitral y judicial: reclamaciones/demandas individuales de empleados y colectivas.
- Régimen disciplinario.
- Políticas de RRHH, plan de compensación flexible, etc.
- Gestión de expedientes personales, archivo documentación.
- Gestiones administrativas e Inspecciones de trabajo: gestión de documentación, presentación y actuación, etc.
- Actualización legislación laboral y seguridad social, convenios colectivos, etc.
- Comunicación interna
- Planificación y plan de formación
- Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (seguimiento y control para cumplir con la normativa PRL, organización de formaciones, revisiones médicas, volantes en accidentes laborales adaptaciones al puesto de trabajo, etc.)
Se requiere:
- Experiência previa mínima demostrable de 23 años en puesto similar.
- Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho ó similares.
- Gran capacidad de negociación y comunicación.
- Capacidad y habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Habilidad para priorizar tareas inesperadas
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión para cumplir los plazos requeridos
- Persona metódica, dinámica, responsable, con sentido común, flexible, implicada y polivalente.
- Se valorará positivamente Postgrado/Máster o formación complementaria en Gestión y/o Dirección de RRHH.
- Castellano nativo, inglés alto
