The Role:
We are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Experience on Boomi or Hana Cloud Integration (SCPI) would be really valuable.
Database management, JAVA, knowledge on Web Technologies (specially JavaScript, Groovy, HTML5 standards) it is a plus.
Knowledge on SAP HCM or SuccessFactors it's also a plus.
The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with a passion for delivering excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
·     Obtain knowledge of technologies such as Boomi & SCPI& PtP (ECP)
·     Onboard new customers
·     Participate in sessions to discuss customer requirements or issues
·     Share estimates and planning of the work with customer
·     Adapts and parametrizes the technical solution for the requirements provided
·     Resolves issues within SLA's and with high levels of customer satisfaction
·     Monitor processes to ensure 100% ratio of successfull transactions
·     Implement new solutions (Interfaces)
·     Performs unit test and system integration test
·     Supports the client on the functioning of the interface
·     Works on multiple projects simultaneously
·     Ensures proper deployment of the solution (Development, Test and Production)
·     Maintain up-to-date documentation of the interfaces
·     Collaborate with other Strada teams to deliver customer related activities
·     Customer Micro-management activities (Priorities, Release, SFTP, CRâs, Meetingsâ¦)
·     Identify risks or potential issues for your customer and inform the right people (ITCAM, TL)
·     Communicate with your Team Lead (Issues, Escalations, Risks, Informationalâ¦)
Requirements:
·     Information Technology Certificate of Higher Education
·     English level: Professional level competency
·     Good written and oral communication and presentation skills
·     Strong organizational/time management and negotiation skills
·     Experience having worked as part of a virtual  team
·     Demonstrates high professional standards and is a team player
·     A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction
·     Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment
·     Excellent analytical skills
·     Stakeholder management experience and expertise
Highly Desirable:
·     Information Technology Bachelor's degree
·     Significant experience of managing multiple projects (preferably involving Cloud based solutions)
·     Boomi knowledge and experience
·     SCPI knowledge and experience
·     Prior experience as an HR generalist or technical role
·     Any other European language
