TransferRoom is a hyper growth B2B SaaS business on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better.
We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision makers.
Since our launch in 2017, clubs and agencies have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 3000 transfers and we are proud that today over 650 clubs across 100 leagues in 60+ countries are accelerating their success on the platform.
An exciting, newly created opportunity has just arisen for a Customer Relations Manager to join our dedicated Retention team to manage a portfolio of Football Agency customers.
In this role you will be delivering outstanding strategic storytelling at upgrade and renewal meetings with a range of football agents around the world.
Here is an idea on what you'll be doing:
- You will promote detailed account plans for your portfolio of football agency customers, segmenting them and adapting your communication/engagement strategy accordingly
- You will have collaborated with our Data, Product and Customer Success teams to develop best practice for how we renew and upgrade at TransferRoom
- You have steered your customers through renewal and upselling conversations and have created smart strategic and tactical messaging for your portfolio of customers.
- You are on track versus your KPIS (upgrades,NRR, ARR, MRR, Churn Management, Net Growth)
- You have an awesome sales pipeline for your renewals and upgrades; you're able to project what is going to come in when and you have provided a thorough and accurate forecast that you believe in to your line manager
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of Customer Retention experience which includes the responsibility of selling upgrades to decision makers.
- Have a deep understanding of subscription business metrics and challenges this is not a purely relationship role
- Experienced with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
- You can use analytical insight to drive commercial decisions
- Willing to roll sleeves up and support the business and team with broader strategic and practical decision making
- Curious, hungry to learn and to bring value to the team
- You have the ability to talk intelligently and with credibility about the football transfer market.
- You're fluent in English as well as 12 other European languages (ideally Spanish/French/German)
- Full Drivers license
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time
